Rakesh founded Nirmaan Organization, a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in 2005 with the vision of achieving a knowledge-driven, poverty-free, and economically empowered society.

Nirmaan works extensively across multiple sectors, including primary and digital education, skill development and youth employment, health and well-being, environmental sustainability, rural development, and community welfare.

Over the years, Nirmaan has grown into a large-scale impactful network operating across numerous states in India, impacting millions of beneficiaries through flagship initiatives, corporate partnerships, and grassroots volunteer networks.
